Whole butchered venison - may differ every so slightly as it will depend whether it was a head, neck or chest shot beast.
OPTION THREE : Steaks/Diced Pack
2 x Backstraps 
Both legs cut into as many steaks as possible
Tenderloins and remainder of leg meat diced 
Any remaining meat & trim minced into 400g packs
OPTION FOUR: Roast/BBQ Pack
Ribs
2 x Tenderloins 
2 x Backstraps 
Steaks (cut from both legs)
Diced portions
Remainder of cuts, meat and trims minced into 400g packs 
Comes Vacuum packed and chilled. Collection within 48 hours of processing.
