FAQ's

** How long will my order take to be processed?
I state that it will take a minimum of 7 days from payment to delivery. Orders are usually processed within a couple of days, but in busy periods, especially November and December, please allow longer.
** Can I change items in my order?
If your order has already been dispatched, then these cannot be changed. Please let me know as soon as possible, if you need to make a change, to avoid confusion or disappointment.
** How do I track my order?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail (signed for delivery for all orders over £20), either 1st or 2nd. A confirmation of dispatch will be emailed once I have packed and confirmed postage, which will contain your tracking number. Please then allow time for the item to enter the postal system.
** What is the cost of postage?
All postage is worked out for the weight of the item(s), postage starts from £1.00
** What if I want to return an item?
Please message or email me, if you wish to return a product. Return postage will not be covered by me, buyer will be responsible, unless item is faulty.
** Do you wholesale your products?
Yes, I do wholesale a handful of products. These products include Keyrings, Bowties, Fridge Magnets etc. Please send me a message or email with your business details and I will review if my items will be suitable.
** How do I make a wholesale order?
If I think your business is suitable, then I will send you an order form. Please complete the form and return to me when you are ready to place your order.
** When do I pay for a wholesale order?
An invoice will be sent with your order, it would be greatly appreciated if this can be settled as soon as possible. Outstanding invoices will be subject to an added 10% charge for EVERY 28 days, from invoice date until settled.
