Whole butchered venison - may differ every so slightly as it will depend whether it was a head, neck or chest shot beast.
OPTION ONE: Minced Pack
All meat minced, then packaged into 400g or 500g packs, depending on your choice
OPTION TWO: Basic Pack
Whole neck (great for stews)
Ribs
2 x Tenderloins 
2 x Backstraps 
Boneless rolled leg joint
Steaks (cut from 2nd leg)
2 x diced portions
Remainder of cuts and trims minced into 400-500g portions.
