Whole butchered venison - may differ every so slightly as it will depend whether it was a head, neck or chest shot beast.
OPTION ONE: Minced Pack
All meat deboned, all meat minced, then packaged into 400g packs
OPTION TWO: Basic Pack
Whole neck (great for stews)
Ribs
2 x Tenderloins
2 x Backstraps
Boneless rolled leg joint
Steaks (cut from 2nd leg)
2 x diced portions
2 x Rear leg shanks
Remainder of cuts and trims minced into 400g packs
OPTION THREE : Steaks/Diced Pack
2 x Backstraps
Both legs cut into as many steaks as possible
Tenderloins and remainder of leg meat diced
All remaining meat & trim minced into 400g packs
OPTION FOUR: Roast/BBQ Pack

Steaks (cut from both legs)
Diced portions
Remainder of cuts and trims minced into 400g packs
